What you will do
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in understanding our customers and partners needs and is able to lead a product team that will serve our customers in ways that work for the business.
As a Senior Product Manager ResQ you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead an empowered Product team, working closely with engineers and designers, to serve our customers in ways that work for the business
- Assume responsibility for your products value to the end customer, and viability with ResQ's business model
- Working with the Director of Product, define your product team's priorities and roadmap
- Drive your team's sprint rituals and development inputs, including story writing, backlog grooming and sprint planning
- Be a role model for customer obsession and operational excellence and drive positive culture change in these areas across the company
- Working with the Director of Product, implement product development processes that result in higher impact product releases, WOW customer experiences, and faster learning & development velocity
- Be accountable for your product's performance against company objectives and key metrics
- Collaborate with product marketing and marketplace operations to ensure all product releases are communicated clearly, and with excitement, to our customers and internal tams
- Getting out of the office and speaking to customers directly to validate problem spaces and develop your expert customer intuition
About you
- You have 5+ years of software Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment
- You are relentless in your drive to understand the root cause of problems
- You have a bias for action and do not need to wait for 'perfect data' to make decisions and take action
- You understand the dynamics of software development and strategies
- You are analytical, and can make strategic data-driven decisions
- You aren't afraid of taking risks and you have the perseverance to iterate until the objective has been achieved
- You are a strong communicator, with proven ability to gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
- You take Extreme Ownership in everything you do - it's one of our core operating principles
- You are an ambitious top performer, you persevere through intense obstacles
