Our client, a global leading IT company, is looking for an Integrated Roadmap Lead (Contact Center /Business Genesys).
Contact center experience, preferably within banking and the business Genesys experience would be great to have
Description:
- to facilitate working sessions with Product Owners, Business Architecture, technology, and Benefits Case project streams to collect the necessary inputs for the Integrated Roadmap deliverable
- to define high-level complexity/sizing framework to validate expected cost/duration of each LOB build
- Experience in building tech/cloud product roadmaps;
- strong understanding of technology/agile implementations (understanding benefits/value drivers of an 'as a service model
