The role:
We are growing and have a great story to share. We are innovating our technology and expanding our product offering and need an experienced Product Marketing Manager to play a critical role in supporting our growth. Working closely with the product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams, you will help us effectively communicate the value of our solutions to internal and external audiences.
You will help define the messaging and positioning, value propositions, and talking points for existing and new products and features. You'll help create the assets, internal training tools, and communication programs to bring these features to market for new and existing customers – and you'll execute with flair across traditional and digital channels.

- Support the strategy, planning, and execution of product marketing projects and go-to-market strategies.
- Work with in-house product, solutions and partnership teams on roadmaps to define product positioning and value proposition for each target market and audience and help launch new products.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, clients and competition to inform strategies that drive the business.
- Managing the end-to-end development of impactful collateral, and campaigns & strategies that support company growth and is consistent with overall brand message and corporate strategy.
- Assist with internal and external launches of new products and capabilities.
- Support content strategy by leveraging knowledge of the industry and customer needs to generate ideas for whitepapers, product features, blogs or other pieces.
- Contribute to user group sessions to identify client need and pain points, and translate learnings into effective marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Lead creation of new content and programs to assist our sales and customer success teams.
- Assist with sales enablement efforts, including collateral development, communications, training, and demos to help close opportunities.
- Maintain and organize product marketing materials including competitive intelligence, go-to-market assets, and training.
What you bring:
- A product marketing enthusiast with over 5 years' experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably in the financial services industry or Fintech.
- Completed degree preferably with a focus on Business or Marketing
- Knowledge and practice in digital marketing and a passion for the latest marketing trends
- Practical experience executing campaigns and analyzing results across paid social, Google Ads, display & video marketing
- Proven experience translating complex technical information into easily digestible messaging for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
