The Town of Perth is seeking three (3) Grass Crew Operators. These are seasonal roles, expected to start late April and go until early September 2022.
Responsible to the Lead Hand of Roads or designate, for performing grass maintenance at municipal parks, boulevards, and right of ways. This position requires the employee to operate various equipment from a ride-on lawnmower, push mowers, and grass trimmers. They will be responsible to perform documentation of activities and to work independently under the direction of supervisory staff. Other duties may be assigned such as assisting with general department maintenance. This position has an hourly rate from $14.10 to 15.52 per hour and may be scheduled up to 40 hours per week.
