- Degree in Communications, English Journalism, etc.
- 5+ years Senior Content design Writing experience working on digital products (UX writing for Apps)
- Expert in mobile-first content highly desired
- Mobile Banking applications desired
- Loyalty/Reward background in any ecommerce platform
- Experience working in Lean UX / Agile project management environments
- Basic understanding of Interaction design, Visual Design and experience working with wireframes, workflow and Information Architecture
- Experience with usability research (focus on content

- Worked with large design teams and multiple stakeholders (Product/Business/Technical partners)
